I hate taking baths, but I know its important to my health. There are a few of ways you can bathe your budgie. (Make sure your budgie bathes in the morning or early afternoon)

Under Tap
Here you can perch your pet on your finger, and turn on the luke warm water from the sink. Some budgies love to skid back and forth from underneath the water. I don't like it though. :P

Under Romain Lettuce Leaf

Some budgies like to get sprinkled with water while nibbling on the vegetable. My owner tried it, but I don't like it. It might be funny to watch her wash under a giant leaf though!

Spray Bottle

This is the only type of wash I tolerate. Just fill the spray bottle with warm water, and spray over me but NOt directly into my face. Sometimes My owner sprays it so its like a water fountain, and I drink the water. Mmm

In a budgie bath

A bird bath is like a small bowl from a pet store. I like the ones with mirrors in it, but I don't go in the water. ^^ Just fill it with luke warm water, and sometimes a budgie who likes these kinds of baths will jump in and start ruffling their feathers!

In the Shower

Some budgies like going in the shower and getting sprinkled with water. A warning to humans: Make sure you have no soapy things that your budgie can nibble on. Also make sure you have a perch in there so he has somewhere to sit. PSST. Don't forget to put the water on LUKE WARM. No HOT. Also please put your water on light!
