Even if you haven't seen E2 you should still read it. It does focus on Tommy and Kimberly.
The story is Kim returns to Angel Grove with her new boyfriend for a visit. Everyone is happy except for Tommy. Things start to go really badly when Zedd and Rita send Tommy and Kimberly to the future and another planet. They land on the planet of G889 and make contact with the Terrians and then with the colonist. There is a problem. A moster is on the planet to and it has the power to destory the Terrians living. Tommy and Kim have to find a way to stop the moster and return home! Can they do it? You'll have to read to find out!
