opinion of the column and author = This sounds strikingly similar to a text I ran into at the UCSB bookstore entitled "Seduction", by Jean Baudrillard. He also wrote a "Simulations and Simulacrums". The idea of molding a significant other into a self-image in order to fullfill narcissistic desire is fascinating in the brutal truth it holds. I would like to see Jaisini's "Blue...", I really have the slightest idea of how you contacted me. All this information seemed like an interesting plot towards making me wonder, probably put on by a friend who had been noticing my current book purchases. Anyhow, who are you and where does this oil painting reside? Does it have an online appearance? Thank you kindly.

If I can exercise an opinion- although the macabre' was marketbly well done I can't help but feel it's a shortcut to to real life descriptions.

This style of writing is intriguing in that the intangibles are just out of my reach as the reader and the writer is playing with the unknown, trying to reel it in with the help of the reader.

Well written as usual, my only real criticism being that the lack of dialogue slows the piece up a bit making the paragraphs a daunting read.

Although you are obviously more adept at writing, don't give up on the home appliance repair! I've had some of these folks do a bit pressing in that area. Needed a prop, I suppose. This piece should be sent to all dental offices. Although extremely humorous, there was a lot of truth to it. Great piece of writing. I'd give you ten points if I could.
