To some, the ultimate expression of love for a series
To others, the ultimate way to torture a character
Whether they like it or not
I've written a lot of fanfiction in my time. Boy, don't that make me
sound old? ;) Some of it was good, some of it was- haha- not. Heck, Some
of it was downright terrible. Still others remained unfinished, the inspiration
gone. It's a fickle thing, inspiration. I'm rather notorious, I think,
for my long 'epics.'
Fanfiction's a funny thing, too. My relationship with it has been a
sort of torrid love affair. A soap opera of stories that were long
and short, finished and unfinished, loved and despised. But I'm sure you'd
all like to read something better than my rambling musings.
Under the moniker 'Inseiko' I've tackled a lot of series, so hopefully
there's something here to your tastes. There are also some fictions here
by my friend, and former cowebmistress, Koneko.
Pick your poison.
Clamp Campus Detectives by
Koneko
Three young boys practically run the CLAMP School, and solve crimes in their spare time. How cute is that? In case you weren't interested yet... there's Akira and Suoh in drag. Koneko took CLAMPs works upon herself, she's a big fan. She had many misfires with some other stories, but these are, thus far, all that has been put out. Just as a side note, the second on is unfinished. |
To Get Kaichou to Do His Work |
Dragonball ZL
The epic (as in long as hell) story of a great evil, that ravaged a family, and endangered the entire Universe... It spanned entire lifetimes and an entire galaxy It also involves a huge grudge, lots of food, and a little bit of time travel. ^_^ It's with a little bit of sadness that I say this story isn't, and will likely never be, finished. It was originally planned to be four Sagas, the forth of which I never made it through. I could make excuses, but the fact of the matter is I just lost interest in the story. I apologize. I think it stands well at three sagas, although it leaves many things unresolved. Perhaps someday I might pick it up again. Perhaps not. But as the first major work of fanfiction I ever did, it still deserves a place on this site. |
Saga One
Katera Saga Two
Saga Three

Dragonball ZL: The Alternate Universe Story
Sarro and Yamcha's daughter, Kyande, makes a pretty nasty wish that ends up being granted. Can Kyande now fix the past and make sure she exists in the future? Maybe... if she can get past Freezer. Writing this was fun. I enjoyed it a lot. It was probably the start of my penchant for rewriting history in my fanfiction. (although in this case, it was intentional) It was a lot of fun to mess around with certain points in the Namekian saga. |
The Alternate Universe |
Gundam Wing
When in doubt... start with comedy. How else to deal with five angsty boys and some giant robots? Before launching myself into MnD (below) I wrote some pointless comedy. Well, maybe not pointless. But I like writing comedy. It's fun, I get to let loose. This would be the aforementioned torturing of characters. |
Boredom Sets In...
The Wufei Torture Hour
|
Gundam Wing; Mugen no Dansu (The
Infinite Dance)
In the brilliance of space, amidst it's shining stars and endless dance across infinity, a pilot tried to see his fate But his eyes were clouded with the darkness of war He could not live beautifully and wondered what might have been... I have a bit of a struggle with this fic, on the one hand I want to say I'm proud of it, on the other I worry that it's incessantly pretentious. I spent two years on MnD and at the end of it I barely gave myself a day to reflect on it before launching myself into the next work that I'd done. (which is Weiss Kreuz; Schatten und Lichter) |
Section One |
Inu Yasha by Koneko
A modern girl ends up in the past, and releases the seal on a half-demon boy She loses a jewel... goes on a journey... makes friends... makes enemies... And maybe finds something a little more than she expected Koneko's stories from Inu Yasha deal mostly with Rin, so beware of spoilers. If you don't mind knowing a little ahead, then by all means. Read on. |
Promise; A Kikyou Monologue |
Inu Yasha
Takahashi Rumiko kicks ass. These two stories that I wrote are weird, short, and downright silly. More character torture. I love it. X3 |
Inu Yasha's Worst Nightmare |
Power Rangers
Heros in spandex! No, not a legion of Hiiro Yui cosplayers, teenagers saving the world from badly dressed aliens. Who would have thought? When I was ten years old... I was a MMPR fan. Oh yes, I was. I wrote fanfiction. I look at it now and laugh, not because it was meant to be funny so much as, damn, I sucked. (hey, I was ten) In a fit of nostalgia I wrote this little parody about my created character and poked fun at my old obsession along the way. |
Power Rangers Parody |
Slayers
The story of a girl who is always at the wrong place at the right time. She likes food, money and magic. (in that order) Just don't make her mad... Just three short stories about the guys. These were written before I knew much about the series, so the accuracy is a little... ehn. The Mazoku one is probably my favorite of the three. Although they're probably best read in order. |
If Wishes were... Chimera? |
Weiß Kreuz
Japanese men who sell flowers, kill people, and get all the girls. Nooo, this wasn't written by a man at all... haha... contrary to my scathing commentary, I love WK. I love it to pieces. I love it enough to do research for my fic that, incidentally enough, isn't even here!! Sorry, it's unfinished. It will be here eventually though. The two that are here are unrelated and short. The first relates to a fic by a friend of mine, it's a fangirlish romantic mary-sue piece, fun! The other is a Schuldich monologue that I had a lot of fun with and mentions salad of all things. |
