Tenkaichi Budoukais

Tenkaichi Budoukai is a tournament held every three years on May Seventh. When eleven years passed(between the 23rd and 24th Budoukais) the arena was rebuilt, seven years passed(between 24th and 25th) because of the Cell Games, and ofcourse four years passed(between the 25th and 26th ) because of Majin Buu. The greatest fighters, or what appears to be the greatest fighters flock to this event, to be declared the greatest martial arts master. Note: Tenkaichi Budoukai means-The World's best Martial Arts Tournament.) If you look it up in a Japanese translation book you will find that is what it means.
Basic Rules

Disqualification
-Using weapons or foreign objects.
-Leaving during the tournament
-Killing your opponent

Losing
-Rendered unconscious
-Go down for a count of 10
-Get knocked out of the ring
-Or simply giving up
