North Galaxy
This is the galaxy where most of Dragon Ball Z took place. I will give you the list of the planets, and descriptions for the planets of this galaxy.
Arlia- Arlia was a small world, with insect like creatures known as the Arlians. The planet is rule by a partial leader, who forced some of the inhabitants into slavery. When Vegeta and Nappa arrive at this planet, they easily destroy this unjust leader, and eventually destroy the entire planet.
Earth- This planet, which we live on today has vast oceans, varied climates, and plentiful landforms. This is where most of DBZ takes place. For some odd reason Earth is always the center of attention, and unfortunately the attention it gets is from villains trying tod estroy the planet.
Kanassa- This fairly large planet, is home to the fish like creatures. Bardock later is ordered to clear this planet, and does so. While in the process he is cursed by one of the locals.
Old Namek- This planet is home to the green species called the Namek-Jins. Planet Namek was living at peace, until the evil Frieza came along searching for the Dragon Balls. Frieza and the Nameks(and ofcourse Z-Warriors) fought to the core, but try as they might planet Namek was still destroyed.
Old Vegeta- Home to the conquering Saiya-Jins, and feeble yet smart specimens Tsufuru-Jin. These two races fight and fight, feuding constantly. Until Old Vegeta finally got its full moon. The Saiya-Jins immediately took on their Oozaru form, and quickly defeated the Tsufuru-Jin. Frieza later destroyed Old Vegeta, with few Saiya-Jins still alive, those Saiya-Jins were: Goku, Nappa, Vegeta, Brolli, Paragas, Turlas, and Radditz.
Meat- This planet was normal, until Bardock wiped out pretty much everything upon it, Dodoria then side swiped Bardock, and massacred his force.
New Namek- After Old Namek is destroyed, the Z-Warriors use the Dragon Balls to find a new planet for the Namek. They do and it is pretty much the same thing as the last one, except it only has one sun.
Frieza- Not much to say about this planet, except it is purple and it is one of the many planets upon which Frieza operates.
Yardrat- When Goku escapes from the exploding planet Namek, he gets stranded on planet Yardrat. This group of species is highly telepathic, and taught Goku his Instant Transmission technique.
Makyo or Makyo Star- The homeworld of the Makyo-Jins, this star, every thousand years or so, can be seen from Earth. A Makyo-Jin who looks at this star, will greatly increase in size, and power. This planet or star is destroyed by Gohan.
Zun- This dry, empty planet is the home to Pui-Pui and few other inhabitants. It looks alot like the Earth's moon.
Konats- Homeworld of Tapion and his brother Minoshya, this planet is being terrozied by the demon Hildegarn. Remarkably this planet is not destroyed in the movie.
South Galaxy
New Vegeta- This planet was named New Vegeta, after Paragus founded it. Not much more to say except, that Brolli destroyed Paragus, and a comet destroyed this planet.
Little is known about the East and West galaxys, except that the Legendary Super Saiya-Jin destroyed of few of the systems. |
