What is it?
The Hyper-Bolic Time Chamber is a small room, surrounded by a white void. This void, and how it works, can not really be explained. You can get a year of training in here, while on Earth, only one day has passed. The constantly changing temperatures, create unbearable conditions, which only the strong can withstand. Gravity also plays a big impact. The gravity within the Hyper-Bolic Time Chamber, is ten times Earth's normal gravity. It not only makes it harder to move, but harder to breath as well. The air seems alot thicker then it would on Earth. Thus, you are basically torturing your body when training under these harsh conditions. Sure you get strong, but what are the costs?
Who are its occupants?
Many beings have entered the Hyper-Bolic Time Chamber. Among these courageous beings are: Goku(he used this Hyper-Bolic time Chamber as a Chibi, and lasted only five months, and he used it as an adult, and lasted a year.), Vegeta(he entered the Hyper-Bolic Time Chamber twice, both times as an adult, and for the whole year.), Trunks(Mirai Trunks entered the Hyper-Bolic Time Chamber twice, and lasted a year, thus he entered as a Chibi, and lasted a year.), Gohan(he entered the Hyper-Bolic Time Chamber once, and for a whole year.), Piccolo(he entered the Hyper-Bolic Time Chamber once, and for a whole year.), Goten(he entered the Hyper-Bolic Time Chamber once, and for a whole year.)

The Secret of the Hyper-Bolic Time Chamber
Don't let the name confuse you, this part of this section will just explain to you what Goku found out in the Hyper-Bolic Time Chamber. The first thing, he found out was how to be much stronger then a typical USSJ 2nd Degree. He decided that if he could stay a Super Saiya-Jin in his daily life, that he would have alot more energy when he powered up. This is very true, with this new ability Goku could have the same power as a Super Saiya-Jin in his daily life, however when he powers up he can basically double his abilities and power, and surpass a USSJ. Goku also learned that Gohan, was a hell of alot more powerful then he showed. Goku knew that Gohan had a special power, that was why he was so confident about fighting Cell. Gohan learned to control this power, and did not wish to use it. All Gohan needed, was to see his friends being tortured by the Cell Jr.s, to piss him off, and transform into a stronger force then ever before.
