Cell Forms
Stage 1-In this stage Cell is nothing more then little green larva in, well sort of an incubator. This incubator takes care of Cell until he is ready for his second stage. This stage is completely defenseless, and could easily be destroyed.
Stage 2- In this stage Cell is in his locust type form. He basically burries himself underground, until he is ready to shed his skin. When he does shed his skin, he becomes his third form, and must immediately go out to absorb some sort of energy. This stage is defenseless as well.
Stage 3- In this stage Cell is imperfect, and he needs two androids to absorb, 17 and 18. His skin color is green, black, and orange. He has wings(which really are not needed). He also has reptile eyes. He needs to absorb beings with energy to keep his own energy going. He is very strong, but still lacks that perfect strength.
Stage 4- In this stage Cell is semi-perfect, he only needs one android to absorb. He looks much different from the third stage form. His face looks more like that of a human, while his skin color remains the same. His tail is much longer, and instead of it being green, it is now orange. His power level is much higher, but his speed is about the same, maybe a bit slower. This form is definately more bulky then the last. Thus his eyes are now blue.
Stage 5- Cell is perfect in this stage. His face is now that of a humans. He he has just a stub for a tail, thus his power has dramtically increased from the last stage. He is much quicker, and can manipulate high Ki levels. His eyes are Pink, and his skin is white.
Stage 6- Cell is now Ultra Perfect. His physical appearence has not changed at all from the last form. His power level is much higher, having the power level of an SSJ2. This form also has a new technique, Goku's Instant Transmission. Although this really isn't a different form, because Goku's cells mixed with his Cells and made him stronger, I still consider it a form.
Frieza, Koola Forms
Stage 1-In this form the Changeling is rather small. There head is a helmet like structure, with two black horns protruding from it. Their skin color is assorted being purple, pink, and white. Their power level is about 530,000. Their eye color is red. They have a face of a human, and have a tail.
Stage 2- In this form the changeling is much taller, and a hell of alot bulkier. The Changeling posseses no other real notable physical features from the first form. Their power level does increase to about 1,000,000.
Stage 3- In this form the Changeling shrinks a bit. Their head length increases, so their head looks like a hot dog bun. Their skin color changes slightly, being purple, white, and a red color. Their face is totally distorted, not looking anything like that of a humans. They still do have a tail. Their power level increases to about 6,000,000.
Stage 4- In this form the Changely becomes taller once again, thus they do not have that helmet like head. Their head is completely round and bald. Their skin color changes to only purple and white. Their muscles bulk out a little more then the third stage. They still have their tail, and it appears to be longer then the third stage. Their power level is about 12,000,000.
Stage 5- Although this stage never occured in DBZ, but during a movie, it is still a form. Basically this form looks like a stage 2, only they don't have a human face. Their face looks more like a robots. Their skin color is purple, and white.

Buu Forms
Kid Buu-This form of Buu, is that of a kid's size. He is totally pink, and totally hostile. He is mean, and downright insane. This is the "True Buu" form, which means this how he was when first created. He has not absorbed any fighters, and it mays sounds strange but he is a tougher fighter then Super Buu.
Fat Buu- All Fat Buu is, is Buu with Dai Kaioshin within him. Fat Buu, is extremely fat, as you can probably tell by the name. His skin color is still pink. When Buu was fighting the Kaioshin, he absorbed Dai Kaioshin, and it caused him to suddenly increase width wize.
Thin Buu- When a couple of thugs shoot Hercule in the heart, Fat Buu releases his evil energy, forming Thin Buu. Thin Buu is pure evil, having much different characteristics. He is very thin, tall, and still has that pink skin. Thin Buu eventually devours his better half.
Super Buu- Super Buu forms, when Thin Buu eats Fat Buu. He then becomes even stronger, when he absorbs Piccolo, Gotenks, and Gohan. Super Buu has then same characteristics as Thin Buu, except he isn't as thin. He also possesses the ability to do many many techniques, like Cell.
Ubuu- Although this really isn't a form of Buu, I decided to add it any way. Ubuu is the good hearted human, who is Majin Buu's reincarnation. He has black hair(which is like a mohawk),black eyes, and tan skin. (By the way, Ubuu is actually spelled Uubu, I just like to spell it Ubuu.)
Shenron Dragons
Uu Shenron- This massive fat dragon, was a spawn of the five-star Dragon Ball used to wish back Goku. He possesses the power to manipulate electricity, which holds the Z-Warriors back. However, Goku overtakes him, and defeats him.
Ryan Shenron- This green dragon was the spawn of the 2-Star Dragon Ball, when Pora was wished back. He is basically the cause of water pollution. He puts up quite a fight against SSJ Goku, only to be overtaken and defeated by Goku.
Ryuu Shenron- Ryuu Shenron looks very much like a human, and is the spawn of the 6-Star Dragon Ball, which Oolong wished for girl's panties. This Shenron can manipulate Hurricanes, and other storms. Like the rest, Goku overtakes and defeats him.
Ii Shenron- Is by far the coolest of all Shenrons. He looks like a human, bearing 3 black horns acrossed his chin. He is born from the 1-Star Dragon Ball, and later fuses with the remaining Dragon Balls to become the most powerful villain ever. He gives Vegeta and Goku the biggest fight of their lives, causing them to form SSJ4 Gogeta. Gogeta is still no match for Ii. When the stubborn Ii refuses to expire, he is destroyed by Goku's Genki-Dama.
San Shenron- San Shenron is the bluish beast that spawns from the 3-Star Dragon Ball. He can manipulate ice, and freeze things. He is a very tough villain, and is actually beating Goku, when Goku uses his Ryu-Ken to destroy him.
Suu Shenron- The orange Shenron spawned from the 4-Star Dragon Ball when Piccolo Daimao wished for his full strength. This Shenron can manipulate sun and fire. Besides Ii Shenron, he probably gives Goku the second toughest fight. Goku cripples this dragon, but somehow he keeps on fighting. Ii Shenron ends his life, when he refuses to double team.
