Description: ECWF is the mother ship of all of Vincent Emipres. It began in July of 2000 as a spawn site of WECW. Although there were many troubles between WECW and ECWF, the two would continue to prosper. After more than a year under the guidance of Paul Vincent the fed was handed down to a staff to handle while Paul Vincent went off to run another federation in the Empire. With over 150 cards ECWF has lasted logner than most feds and is currently under the allegiance of Joe Pangrazio.
