UPDATED: March 1, 2001
When this page was first started in 1998, the United States was on the brink of a constitutional crisis. The events surrounding the 2000 Election, and the thousands of legitimate voters intentionally disenfranchised and manipulated from the voting system in that election, the United States Supreme Court entering the election process in a distinctly partisan manner and effectively deciding who would be President of the United States, an ultra-conservative right wing spy from the FBI caught selling critical United States information to a foreign power, Republican and radical right members of Congress failing to support the Constitution and the First Amendment as they correctly should, and the rapidly declining stock market, have shown that the assumption about the United States falling into a crisis, made by F.A.C.T.S. in 1998, has unfortunately turned out to be true prediction. As the next four years of the Bush Administration and Presidency continue to unfold, they will be some of the most trying times in America, as more and more is revealed about the treachery and deceit of the Republican Party, and the radical right.
The political and governmental machinery of the United States is in some deep and serious trouble, but the trouble and problems are not just confined to the political and governmental sector; Wall Street and the financial sector of the United States is stretched to its bursting limit because of excessive profit taking, and manipulation of the market by greedy individuals more interested in the gratification greed and profit brings, rather than stability in the market and the workplace. More and more people continue to lose their jobs as a result of radical right incompetence, corruption, and greed.
As the truths and realities of these factors continue to unravel and reveal themselves for what they really are, the system will continue snapping as easily as dry brush and brittle twig's. The American people and the world are in the stages and process, of having those truths and realities unraveled, and revealed.
In the final analysis, history will show that it was the extremist radical right and Republican Party need for greed and power that will have brought the system, and the United States to its knees, and very lose to the brink of destroying what little remnants are left of an already faltering constitutional republic. This will end up being the legacy and crowning point of the Bush administration, and the Republican radical right.
Like a pot simmering, so is the United States constitutional crisis. In the next four years it will all come to a head and the pot will boil over, and that is one set of facts that is most certain to happen.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
First Amendment Constitutional Redress of Grievances - FOR PUBLIC RELEASE
- Tuesday, October 13, 1998. This Redrress of Grievances raises the question
- do we really have a Republican Form of Government as required by the Constitution?
So far the answer is NO we do not!
The following legal brief has been served upon the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches of the United States government, in accordance with the provisions of the United States Constitution, First Amendment "absolute" right, to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
The serving of Case No.: No. 18-9-456372-9 upon the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches of United States government, and the public posting of this notice will be sufficient under the First Amendment to require an immediate, timely, and public response by the parties served.
The individuals in the United States government that have been officially served with this First Amendment Constitutional Redress of Grievances are; for the Executive Branch, President William Jefferson Clinton and the White House Staff; for the Legislative Branch, Senator Jeff Bingaman of New Mexico and Representative John Conyers from the House Judiciary Committee; for the Judicial Branch, the Attorney General of the United States and the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court.
Other parties notified, on or about the same time; the American Civil Liberties Union of Florida, NBC Nightly News (Tom Brokaw) and their Albuquerque, New Mexico affiliate, KOB Channel 4 News.
There are 406+/- charges of Conspiracy to Committ Treason and/or Treason itself, being attested to and brought forth against Members of Congress within these redress of grievances.
Dated this 5th Day of October, 1998 - Mailed on October 7, 1998
NOTICE:
As of
March 1, 2001, there still has not been a proper response to this OFFICIAL First
Amendment "absolute" right to a Redress of Grievances. The only
response to the 95 page First Amendment Redress, has come from Senator Jeff
Bingaman of New Mexico, but Bingaman in a response typical of those in government,
totally ignored all of the constitutional legal questions and important
issues raised within the Redress of Grievances. In a "true" Republican
Form of Government and Republic, this act alone would be enough to remove
the US Senator from office, because constitutionally, every US Senator is
accountable to the people and every question the people ask of those in
government. Since there has not been an acceptable or real response to this
Redress of Grievances from the three branches of US Government it was sent
to, We the People of the United States of America, can only assume that
we DO NOT have a Republican Form of Government or Republic as required and
guaranteed by the Constitution, but rather, the United States has a Federalist
Run State Government [an oligarchy] for the benefit and gain of the select
few running it, and that THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION IS DEAD IN AUTHORITY
AND POWER - NULL AND VOID!!!!
