| Departure | Arrival |
| Day One | Pam's Log |
| Day Two | Sarah's Log |
| Pam is pictured here with our gracious hostesses, Diane and her granddaughter, Victoria. Diane served up a great pre-biking meal. | |
| This is the room we stayed in. It hindsight it reminded me of staying in an orphanage. Not because we ate gruel or were treated poorly, simply because the beds were small, uncomfortable and we were roomies. | ![]() |

In the middle of our long stretch of nothing on day two, we stopped to play in a river. I believe this was just before Pam accidentally soaked up a gallon of water in the padding of her shorts... |
| Although it was a lot tougher on the bare feet than I remember as a child, I somehow managed to stay upright. | ![]() |

The view of the river from a small bridge was fantastic, we tried to bring the view home. |
| We laughed at this sign, knowing full well we were no where near the city. We hit this well before Musquodoboit of any kind. | ![]() |

We hit up J.J's Country Grill here for a very overdue lunch. |

Racing along the back woods...

| My very favourite cousins happen to live in Middle Musquodoboit, so we had dinner with them after an exhausting day. Here we are with my cousin John Matthew. JM owns a landscaping/construction company, for which I worked part-time over the summer and inbetween MSVU and VAC. If you're ever in the market for a (heavy) stone wall, just let me know. | |
| It's difficult to see them with their heads in buckets, but they own the horses pictured here. | ![]() |

Pam's favourite part of being at the Whidden's place was the barking dogs :-) Here she is cuddling up with my favourite, Hugo. |
| This was our room for night two. It was quite a bit larger, however, poor Pam - no TV. | ![]() |

This bed was much more comfortable than the one before. |
