Skyline: Nothing happens.

Plot: Ronee's mother, Betty, is coming to visit and Martin is a bit nervous. 40-odd years ago, when Martin was driving the teenage Ronee home from babysitting, he put his arm around her to comfort her after her boyfriend dumped her, and Betty thought Martin was trying to take advantage of her. Betty doesn't like pre-marital sex, so Ronee has to pretend that she hasn't just spent the night with Martin!

Later on, Frasier tells Roz that he keeps thinking about Charlotte and the fact that he likes her even though she has a boyfriend. Charlotte and her boyfriend Frank arrive. They are going camping and Charlotte asks Frasier if he can water her plants whilst she's away. When they've gone, Roz tells Frasier she has no chance of winning Charlotte after seeing Frank, and she takes him to a singles bar to get his mind off her.

Frasier meets Kim, a very kooky woman who, although lacking a bit IQ-wise, is trying to get over "the one" like Frasier is. Frasier takes her home, and puts some whipped cream on his chest - just as Martin, Ronee and Betty come in! He makes them leave, but then Charlotte arrives. She's had an argument with Frank and has come to get her keys (she threw the originals at a skunk to try and make it go away). Frasier lets Charlotte use the powder room and wash up, and Kim decides to leave after realising that Charlotte is "the one". She wishes Frasier good luck. Frasier tries to tell her how he feels, but after another interruption by Martin, Ronee and Betty, she thinks he means she should have another go with Frank. She thanks Frasier for his help and says that she will find the perfect woman for him. Little does he know he may already have found her!

Meanwhile Daphne takes Niles to a fast food restaurant named Burger-Burger-Burger. Big mistake - as Niles soon gets addicted to the stuff.

Subtitles: The Singles Scene; Catch Me A Catch.

Roz loves.....: the guy she meets at the singles bar.

Where Everybody Knows Your Name: Jennifer Tilly, who plays Kim, also played Candi Pearson in the Cheers episode "Second Time Around". Frasier, still on the rebound after Diane jilted him, proposed to Candi on their first date!

Trivia: Ronee's mother Betty was mentioned in Ep 250 "Boo!". She lives in Spokane and runs a church group. We also learn that Ronee lies about her age! She is probably in her mid to late fifties, but says she is in her forties. First appearance of Frank, Charlotte's boyfriend, who has a key role in the next episode. There's an indirect mention of Hester Crane when Frasier tells Ronee that she is nothing like his mother. Writers Ken Levine and David Isaacs return for the first time since Ep 202 "Wheels Of Fortune". Oh, and we learn that although Niles now likes fast food, he hasn't changed much - he sent back his Big Slurp!
