Skyline: A full moon rises.

Plot: Frasier has devised a plan to win Charlotte from Frank. He plans to be everything Frank is not, so as to allow Charlotte to make a choice between them. He plans to take Charlotte out to dinner and treat her to fine wines etc, but his plans are spoilt when Charlotte's boyfriend Frank arrives to get her apartment keys - and ends up staying. Frank doesn't see Frasier as a love rival, he sees Frasier as his buddy and poor Frasier soon finds that Frank seems to be joining him and Charlotte whenever they go out over the next week. Frasier decides that the more time he spends with them, the less time alone they have.

Charlotte has to fly to Chicago to sort out something with her ex-husband, and Frank injures himself on the night she is to return. Frasier is pleased - he can have her all to himself. He makes her dinner and plans to tell her how he feels. At her apartment, she apologises to him for the tension between her and Frank, which Frasier hadn't noticed. Frank arrives and they have an argument that leads to Frank storming out. Frasier then tells Charlotte how he feels about her, and discovers she feels the same way. They sleep together.

Next morning Frank returns and apologises for his behaviour. When Frasier is getting dressed (Frank thinks he is in a robe because he got caught in the rain!) Charlotte tells Frank that their relationship isn't working and that they should split up. Frank agrees. Charlotte then says her ex has given her her old business and she is moving back to Chicago.....

Meanwhile Martin tries giving the engagement ring he bought for Sherry to Ronee, but Daphne and Niles think Ronee should get a new ring just for her.

Subtitles: Menage A Huh?; Lord Of The Ring.

Roz loves.....: Steve, who listened to the show and fell in love with her voice - from his prison cell.

Trivia: There are a few mentions of Sherry Dempsey in this episode, as Martin plans to give the ring he bought for her to Ronee. Martin then sold that ring and got a new ring at a police auction! It was a toe ring belonging to the rapper Lil' Cupid..... There's also a mention of Eddie - we learn Martin still has Eddie's baby teeth! The set for Charlotte's apartment was sued for Roz's apartment in previous seasons - and Charlotte's mother, who Charlotte said lived with her in Ep 252 "Match Game" is nowhere to be seen in this episode. Oh, and Niles gets another of his nosebleeds when he lies for Martin about where Ronee's ring came from to her.
