Item 1st.
I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition in life.

I desire that all of my just debts be paid by my executor hereinafter appointed.
Item 3rd.
I give, bequeath and devise to my son, O. C. Wainwright, of City of Atlanta, Ga. the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) in cash.
Item 4th.
I give, bequeath and devise to my son, C. W. Wainwright of Greenville, S. C. the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) in cash.

I give, bequeath and devise to my daughter, Mrs. Zoe W. Neville, of Mobile, Ala. the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) in cash.

I give, bequeath and devise to my sister, Mrs. Alice Gaines, of Amite, La. the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) in cash.

I give, bequeath and devise to my niece, Mrs. Rose Harvey Cagle of Durant, Miss. the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) in cash.
Item 11th.
In case my automobile shall not have been sold at the time of my death, then I give and bequeath the same to my said granddaughter, Mrs. Helen Wainwright Erickson of Newark,N. J.
Item 12th.
I give and bequeath all my jewelry to my daughter, Mrs. Zoe W. Neville and my granddaughter, Mrs. Helen W. Erickson, to be divided equally between them share and share alike.
Item 13th.
I give and devise to my brother, B. G. Harvey, for and during his natural lifetime, the use of the two tracts of land situate in Lexington, Miss., one of 40 acres and the other of 20 acres. After his death the said real estate shall pass to and be divided equally among his wife, Mrs. Georgie Harvey and his two daughters, Mrs. Viola Harvey Brown and Sallie Harvey, share and share alike.
Item 14th.
I direct that my executor hereinafter appointed shall have full power and authority to sell at either public or private sale, as in his judgment may appear best, any or all of the real or personal property of which I may die seized should it be necessary to do in order to pay debts or to pay the specific bequests hereinafter made, or should it appear for the best interests of my estate that any securities belonging thereto should be converted into cash, then in his discretion my executor is authorized so to do.
Item 15th.
All the rest and residue of my estate remaining after the payment of the aforesaid items, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Mrs. Zoe W. Neville and my granddaughter, Mrs. Helen Wainwright Erickson.
Item 16th.
I hereby name and appoint my son, O. C. Wainwright of Atlanta, Georgia, as my executor of this, my last will and testament, without bond of any kind, and insofar as the law permits, I relieve him of making any returns to any Court of his doings as Executor.
