Criminalz - Criminal Activity
Reviewed By: Blutarski
- Intro. It's a scene from a prison.
- One of my favorite tracks on the album. Very short track, but very good. The beat
is great and the background intruments are great. A nice guitar beat in the background.
The voice has an electronic mix to it so it sounds like there is a lot of people
singing all at the same time. A very good track overall.
- The hook has a clip from 2pac's "Ambitionz az a Ridah" in it. The beat has a nice
pace to it and has good background affects and instruments. A good track, but not
one of the best on the album.
- My favorite track fo sho. The beat is knoccin'! Is has some sicc background sounds
and the lyrics go great with the track. A good track to ride to. The hook is good
too. Overall the best track on the album.
- A combo of good background affects and a good beat makes this another good track.
The flows are faced paced here that go well with the beat. The hook is ok, but the
verse lyrics make up for the poor hook.
- A great slow song on the album. A nice slow beat that goes along well with all three
rappers. The hook is sung very well too. Lyrics focus on the hardships of being a
gangsta. A good track overall.
- The only track that Celly Cel doesn't appear on, but is still good. Yukmouth comes
sicc on this track. The beat is fast paced and the lyrics are ok. A good track,
but not the best on the album.
- The club track. The hook is good and the beat goes along well. The lyrics are about
clubbin'. Silk-E has a good voice and comes pretty sicc on the track. Another good
track.
- All three rappers flow about what it likes to be in the game. The beat is ok, and the
background affects are good, but the track's power comes from its lyrics. An ok
track.
- A tribute song to fallen homies. All three flow about friends, family and anyone else
who was lost in life. An emotional track for all three.
- Another one of my favorite tracks. The beat is slow, but good and the background
affects are excellent. All three come tight on this track. True Criminalz flows
right here. Another good track.
- Even without Jayo Felony, this track is still good. Both Celly Cel, and Spice 1
come sicc here along with a good beat and decent background affects.
Overall this album is SICC! Lots of good lyrics, great beats and just the right
amount guest appearances to make this a great album. I wonder why Jayo Felony's picture
was taken off the cover? The three of them make a perfect team and I'm feelilng this
whole album. Although I just picked this CD up, I must say it's one of my favorite
albums that I own. If you don't have it, go get it, simple as that.
