Healthy Exercise

 

 

         Healthy exercise is a kind of action which is small in movement but it can move most of parts of the body.

         Not like exercises, healthy exercises do not make people feel tide after doing it. Why? It is because during it, the energy will be used in all parts of body in a longer period of time. So the energy will be used more  slowly and that's why you do not feel tide.

Healthy exercise can make you more healthy ! ! !

 

 

         As I say it before, the characteristic of healthy exercise is: small action but move all parts of the body. It is an important point—it can make the extra fat to produce energy and make the level of fat become normal.

         Also, the special thing of the healthy exercise is: do it less, but do it frequently. That means the time that you use on doing exercise is not long every time, but you need to do it every day. By doing it day by day, the fats that stored in body will decrease , and finally your body can become more healthy.
