"Sustaining the Miracle: Challenges Facing Asian Development" was the theme for the 4th HPAIR Conference held in Jakarta, Indonesia. The year was memorable as it coincided with Indonesia's commemoration of its 50th year of independence. The Harvard Committee worked side by side with Trisakti University to make the event a success.
