HPAIR 2001 HPAIR convened its 10th annual conference in Singapore with the theme "Asia and the Knowledge Economy: Opportunities for Progress" which encompassed the discussion of some of the most fascinating consequences of technological change that has swept the globe in the past decade. Co-hosted and sponsored by National University of Singapore, the conference was held in the Suntec City, the premier convention center in Singapore on August 27-30, 2001.
