Cream of Broccoli and Stilton OR Cheddar Cheese Soup
Assorted dinner rolls and butter.

Roast Beef Dinner
Canadian Grade ‘A’ roast beef served in a rich herb gravy with roast garlic mash potato, seasonal vegetables and Yorkshire pudding.

Scottish Highland Fruit Crumble served a la mode.
Tea and Coffee.


Menu Option B
Zesty Caesar Salad with homemade croutons and Proscuito strips.

Herb Garlic Toast with or without melted mozzarella

Three Cheese and Three Meat Lasagne
Layers of Italian sausage, ground veal and chicken, smothered in a creamy white sauce of ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

Tangy Lemon Tart served with Creme Anglais
Tea and Coffee.


Menu Option C
Warm Spinach Salad.
Goat cheese, orange wedges, dried cranberries, walnut halves and sauteed red onions in a raspberry vinaigrette on a bed of baby spinach. Assorted dinner rolls and butter.

Atlantic Salmon baked with an Herb and Watercress Green Sauce. Served with seasonal vegetables and the potato OR rice of your choice.

Homemade Pecan Pie served a la mode.

Roasted Red Pepper, Carrot and Ginger Soup
Assorted dinner rolls and butter.

Chicken Cordon Blu
A lightly breaded, tender breast of chicken stuffed with Swisss cheese and Black Forest ham. Served with seasonal vegetables and the potato OR rice of your choice.

Heavenly Berry Cheesecake with a Wild Berry Coulis

Roma Tomato and Bocconcini Cheese Salad
Served with sweet basil, red onion and an Italian viniagrette.

Bruscetta
Finely diced tomato, basil, garlic and olive oil with sauteed onions and goat cheese on toasted Calabrese.

Chicken OR Veal Parmesan
Lean pieces of chicken OR veal scallopini, lightly breaded and fried with seasonal vegetables. Served with the pasta (penne, linguini, fettuccine rotini) and sauce (spicy tomato, rose, basil creamsauce) of your choice.
