Individual 6-4 oz. portions of lean beef tenderloin, flambeed with Cognac, covered in mushroom duxelles and a savoury chicken liver, truffle pate. It’s then wrapped in puff pastry and baked to perfection. Served with seasonal vegetables and a rosemary and garlic spiced combination of sweet and Yukon gold mash potato.
