Place coffee in in a fine cheese-cloth, and
place in boiling water.
1/3cup ground Thai coffee
3 cups boiling water
Allow to seep for 10 minutes. Strain
coffee through a fine sieve. Add:
14 oz. sweetened condensed
milk
Fill 4 glasses halfway with ice.
Fill half full of coffee & fill
remainder with:
Cream, coffee
blend
Stir well. Serves 4.

DISHES ~~~~~~~~~~
This recipe comes from Alex Chin, Chef-owner of
Pacific Moon Cafe in Montgomery, Ohio.
Vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 asparagus spears, chopped
2-3 cups cooked rice
White pepper, to taste
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash light soy sauce
1/4 pound precooked crab meat
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 small tomato, cored, seeded & chopped
Sesame oil
Heat vegetable oil in wok or pan over medium-high heat.
While constantly stirring, add eggs, asparagus & rice.
Season with white pepper, sugar, salt & soy sauce & stir.
Add crab, pine nuts & tomato. Heat, while stirring, until
crab is heated through. Sprinkle with sesame oil & serve.
Makes 2 servings.
