About the
Machestic Dragons
We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
We are a Breast Cancer Survivor (BCS) Dragon Boat Team located in Mercer County, New Jersey. Our mission is to raise awareness of breast cancer and to show others who are weakened by the struggle with breast cancer that there is life after this disease. We are the first organized, non-profit BCS team in the state with a current membership that includes women from New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We differ in age, educational and occupational backgrounds, family dynamics and athletic abilities. We started out as strangers with only our disease in common. Now we are a floating support group of women who want to share their passion for life with other breast cancer survivors and their families and friends and encourage all women living with breast cancer to look to a future filled with enthusiasm and hope.

We partnered with the Princeton YWCA Breast Cancer Resource Center, who agreed to help connect their Cancer Survivor community with our unique club activity.
