Programs & Services We Offer

We provide a strong support network to breast cancer survirors.

With three practices weekly, we promote an active healthy lifestyle after breast cancer which builds upper body strength, beneficial to recovery and lymphedoma prevention.

We race mainly along the East Coast as well as outside the US (as a Survivor Team) providing Breast Cancer Awareness.

Pre-Season exercise classes to help stay in shape and get ready for the new dragon boat season. We sponsor an Annual Community Dragon Boat Festival every June involving the community and area Dragon Boat teams to raise money for the Princeton YWCA Breast Cancer Resource Center who provide free programs and services including support groups, peer support, a wellness program, a wig & prosthesis bank, a resource library, a telephone helpline and community education programs.

We volunteer for Community Education activities and also Outreach Events which provide life-saving information on breast cancer to women in our communities. We help staff display tables at health and community fairs and special events – hand out brochures, answer questions, teach breast self-examination on breast models.

Outreach Events we volunteer for:
   BCRC Networking Nights
   BCRC In-The-Pink Fashion Show
Susan G. Komen NJ Race for the Cure
   Breast Cancer Awareness Talks
