Here's some pix of my sweetie Dave and I, with my beloved sister and her beau...
Not only is Cathy my sister, but I'm proud to say that since we're so close, I make no hesitation in saying she's my special friend, too! *GRIN* I was so thrilled to have the chance to snap a pic in our parents' front yard (in Nanaimo, British Columbia) of Cathy and I together with our respective sweeties, Mark and Dave, in the Fall of '98!
Isn't this a cool picture???! Dave, Cathy, and I actually used the automatic timer on Cathy's camera (which we placed on a log...*HEE HEE*) to take this snapshot of ourselves at the beginning of June '99 while at Montague Beach Provincial Park, located on Galiano Island, British Columbia (one of the infamous "Gulf Islands" on BC's west coast)! It was the first trip there for each of us, and we had fun walking along this beautiful sandy beach, where we found many cool seashells...plus it just was so peaceful and serene there!
And here's the three of us again, taking a goofy pic at arm's length just as we'd dropped Cathy off at her apartment building after our fun-filled day on Galiano Island...*YAY* That whole day was an absolute BLAST for us...'cuz after we got back to Victoria from Galiano Island, and before we took Cathy home, we all went to see the newest "Austin Powers" flick that evening..."The Spy Who Shagged Me." *WOO-HOO* It was "SMASHING, BABY...YEH!!!"
