Procedure:
Slice abalone. Wash lettuce leaves, drain and cut into slices.
Heat 2 tbsps. of oil in a wok. Add lettuce and salt. Stir fry until slightly softened. Remove to plate.
Saute spring onion sections and ginger slices in 2 tbsps. of oil. Remove spring onion and ginger when fragrant. Add the rest of the ingredients except abalone and lettuce. When it begins to thicken, add abalone, stir well and pour over lettuce. Serve hot.
