"Binusog na Pusit"

Ingredients:
  • 1 kilo medium-sized squid
  • 1/4 kilo ground pork
  • 5 cloves of garlic, pounded
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsps. cooking oil
  • salt or soy sauce to taste
  • pepper
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 siling labuyo
  • 2 cups coconut milk

[Binusog na Pusit]Taste the harmony of squid and pork with this simple and easy to prepare recipe.

Procedure:
  1. Wash and clean the squids very well and remove the white thing inside the squid.

  2. Saute half of the onions together with half the tomatoes, and half the garlic prepared in the ingredients. Add the pork and cook until nice and done. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

  3. Put the rest of the ingredients including the squid in a sauce pan until half cooked. Stuff the squid with the pork mixture and put in an oven for about 10 minutes. Remove and put back with the rest of the ingredients used. Pour the coconut milk and add siling labuyo. Let simmer. Serve hot.
