Ingredients:
  • 1 cup red kaong
  • 1 cup green kaong
  • 1 cup young coconut meat, cut into thin strips
  • 2 1/2 cups cream
  • 1 small can condensed milk
  • 1 cup tropical fruit cocktail

[Buko Salad]Enjoy the flavor of this classical Filipino dessert. A dessert that is always present in any occasion.

Procedure:

  1. Whip the cream slightly until its not too thin. Add the kaong, young coconut meat, tropical fruit cocktail, and condensed milk. Mix well. Refrigerate. Serve cold.
