"Sauteed Clam and Celery"

Ingredients:
  • 1 can pacific clams
  • 1/4 bunch celery
  • 1 bamboo shoot
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate (MSG)
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame oil

[Sauteed Clam and Celery]Ready for a light and sumptuous dinner? Try this delicious, easy to prepare and highly recommended dish.

Procedure:
  1. Remove clams from can and set aside. Peel and discard hard outer fibers of celery stems and thickly slice diagonally. Peel skin of bamboo shoot. Boil until cooked and cut into fine strips. Cut chilli into fine strips.

  2. Heat 2 tbsps. oil and quick fry bamboo shoot and celery. Lastly, add in clams, red chilli and seasoning. Stir well, dish up and serve.
