"Ginataang Kohol"

Ingredients:
  • 1 kilo kohol, cleaned
  • 1/2 cup thin coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup thick coconut milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • monosodium glutamate (MSG)
  • 2 pcs. siling labuyo

[Ginataang Kohol]Challenge your taste buds with this exotic dish and savor the flavor of snails in coconut milk.

Procedure:
  1. Boil enough water to cover all the kohol (snails). Add the kohol and cook it only half way.

  2. Remove the kohol and transfer in a skillet and add thin coconut milk, salt, pepper, and MSG. When boiling, add the thick coconut milk and pepper. Let simmer. Serve hot.
