"Fried Duck Breast with Pineapple"
---------------------------------
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 duck breast meat
  • 1/2 pineapple (about 600 g.)
  • 2 stalks spring onion
  • 2 slices ginger
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
Marinade:
  • 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. wine
  • 1/2 tsp. water
  • 1/2 egg
  • pinch of tenderizer, MSG and corn flour
Seasoning:
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsps. water
  • 1 tsp. rice wine
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • pinch of MSG and pepper

[Fried Duck Breast with Pineapple]Prepare for a Grand Feast with this delectable dish. A dish that is sure fit for a King.

Procedure:
  1. Wash duck breast meat, slice thinly and add marinade. Mix well and let stand for 5 minutes.

  2. Put pineapple into oven a grill over 100°c heat for 10 minutes. Scoop out all the pineapple flesh and dice. Set aside the pineapple shell. Section spring onion. Cut red and green bell pepper into slices.

  3. Heat wok with 1 cup of oil. Stir fry marinated duck meat until almost done. Add diced pineapple and sliced red and green bell pepper. Stir fry briefly. Dish up and drain off oil.

  4. Reheat wok, add 1 tbsp. of oil. Stir fry spring onion and ginger until fragrant. Add seasoning and stir fry quickly. Add ingredients in procedure 3, stir fry evenly. Add corn flour solution. Sprinkle sesame oil. Dish up and serve the food inside the pineapple shell.
