"Peeling the Shell Off an Egg"

peel the shell off an egg, first crack the eggshell. Then immerse
the egg in a cup of hot water and let it stay for a minute or

Warning: This dish is HOT. Enjoy the taste of chicken with a touch of curry that is sure to make you sweat.
Procedure:
Wash chicken. Marinade with soy sauce, sugar and 2 tbsps. of curry powder for 30 minutes.
Peel and slice onion. Peel potato. Cut into serving pieces. Deep fry potato until golden brown, dish up.
Heat wok with 2 tbsps. of oil. Stir in onion slices. Stir fry until soft. Add in the remaining 2 tbsps. of curry powder. Stir fry until fragrant. Add chicken and stir well. Add water to cover the chicken and simmer for 15 minutes. Put in potato and salt. Cook for another 10 minutes. Dish up and serve.
