"Sesame Chicken Soup"

Ingredients 1:
  • 1/2 chicken or 2 chicken thighs
  • 1 piece or 3 cm. ginger
  • 5 tbsps. sesame oil
  • 1 cup rice wine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 cups water

[Sesame Chicken Soup]Enjoy the unique taste of sesame in your dish with this delectable soup. Simple and easy to prepare.

Procedure:
  1. Cut chicken into pieces. Blanch in boiling water. Rinse to remove scum and drain.

  2. lice ginger. Heat sesame oil in a wok and fry ginger over low heat until golden brown. Add in chicken and fry over high heat. Pour in wine, cover and bring to a boil. Pour in water and bring to a boil.

  3. Remove from heat and transfer chicken and soup into a small pot. Cook over low heat for another 20 minutes. Add salt, stir well, dish up and serve.
