"Peeling the Shell Off an Egg"
To
peel the shell off an egg, first crack the eggshell. Then immerse
the egg in a cup of hot water and let it stay for a minute or

2 1/2 pound boneless sirloin tip or eye round roast, trimmed and tied
2 cloves garlic, slivered
2 tbsps. Dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. black pepper
Sprigs of fresh thyme for garnish
A special dinner deserves a special dish, this dish is sure to make every occasion special. Low in fat and very easy to prepare.
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Using a small sharp knife, cut small slits in roast, spacing them evenly over surface. Insert garlic slivers into slits. Rub roast with mustard; sprinkle with thyme and pepper.
Place the meat on roasting rack in a large roasting pan. Roast until an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat registers 150 degrees fahrenheit. for medium, about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Transfer meat to a carving board and let stand for 10 minutes. Remove the string; garnish with thyme sprigs. Carve into thin slices and serve.
