"Preventing Hard-boiled Eggs from Graying Around the Yolk"

To prevent hard-boiled eggs from graying around the yolk, immediately plunge the eggs after simmering in cold water, then peel.

"Reducing the Slipperiness of a Fish"

To reduce slipperiness of a fish, rinse in water and vinegar solution or hot water prior to scaling.

"Picking Good Mussels"

To pick Good Mussels, observe the following:

  • Do not buy mussels harvested from a polluted water source or in the summer season.
