Estanislao, CPA, Ph.D. (honoris causa), has extensive experience in central, development and universal banking having handled various technical supervisory, policy and top executive positions in the Central Bank of the Philippines and as President of the Land Bank of the Philippines for 13 years and Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation for 5 years.
