Dr. Marlito L. Cardenas, Dr.sc.agr., Director and Vice President for Environment and Sustainable Development, is an international specialist on Environment, Ecology and Sustainable Development, Resource Recovery and Waste Management.  He was formerly the Director of Environmental Management Bureau during the Ramos Administration.  He is a Consultant of JICA, JBIC, World Bank, ADB, CIDA, USAID, to mention a few.  Dr. Cardenas is also the President and CEO of SAGIP Environment, Inc. an affiliate company of Meganomics.
