Reynaldo E. de Sagun, M.Sc., is an international consultant (Papua New Guinea, Laos and Cambodia) who specializes on rural and farming systems development, area-based development planning, watershed development planning, social marketing and monitoring and evaluation.  He also worked as Team Leader/Institutional Specialist under the COTABATO BIGAS Project in Central Mindanao. His current assignment is as Team Leader on the Department of Agrarian Reform-Agrarian Reform Communities Development Project (DAR-ARCDP) Impact Assessment Project, (DAR-WB Funded Project).
