Jorge C. Abada, C.P.A., M.B.A., Director and Treasurer, is also an international caliber consultant (Nigeria, East Timor, Indonesia, Sri Lanka).  He is an expert on development financing, agricultural guarantee and insurance, and risk management.  He served at the Central Bank of the Philippines, Land Bank of the Philippines (Vice President) and as the President of the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation from 1987-1996.
