Mission
Our mission is to protect and promote the wise use of the Merrimack River Watershed.

Purpose
Our purpose is to fulfill our mission through environmental monitoring, watershed education, recreation and community organizing.

Vision
Our vision is to (1) monitor the Merrimack River main stem, collaborate with existing groups in the watershed, and empower people throughout the watershed to take ownership of their local lakes, streams and rivers; (2) increase watershed knowledge through advocacy, education, and outreach throughout the watershed and advocate the use of low impact development techniques as a means to improve water quality throughout the watershed; (3) provide fun activities for the public as a means to increase awareness for the river and its resources; and (4) advocate for the health of the watershed by providing assistance in whatever capacity that we are able to communities who are interested in starting their own watershed monitoring program.
