In the classroom we'll be using MGI Photosuite Ver 8.0 as the graphics program for handling / editing the .bitmap files we make/save when we scan our pictures. It an excellent graphics program for classroom and home use. There are many graphics programs out in the market, like Photoshop, which you can use to manage, handle, process and convert your graphic images. Some of these run in the $550 - $800 range. You'll be able to view both the background color and the animation in a Web page. It's three clicks . . . and you've made a very quick web page for viewing your graphics.
