WHERE ARY YOU GOING, BOY?

Came to this city, hope in my heart.
Find this town will only be the start.
Where are you going, boy?
I don't know, and what's more, I don't think I care.

New York City, Frisco Bay,
And all the country along the way.
Where are you going, boy?
I don't know, and what's more, I don't think I care.

Love when I can, fight when I must,
Die if it's needed, life is a lust.
Go where I want to, live how I can.
Somewhere along the way I may become a man.

Got to be going, you know why.
May never find myself but I know I've got to try.
Where are you going, boy?
I don't know, and what's more, I don't think I care.

WOMAN AND MAN

You know that I love you so that's the place to begin.
Whenever I'm with you, I forget about him.
I want you back by my side. I'll do whatever I can.
We'll go together thru life, woman and man.

We used to be married but you know all about this.
Whenever I see you, I still thrill to your kiss.
And I feel your touch, dear, in every girl's hand.
I want you back by my side, woman and man.

I believe in marriage, its a matter of course,
But, dammit girl, I don't believe in divorce.

You say you're too young to be settling down,
But possibly later, when you've been around.
When you've run all your rapids, when you need some dry land,
We'll rekindle the fire, woman and man.

I believe in marriage, its a matter of course,
But, dammit girl, I don't believe in divorce.

You say you're too young to be settling down,
But possibly later, when you've been around.
When we've faced all our questions, when we're ready to stand,
We'll rekindle the fire, woman and man.

WOMAN OF MY DREAMS
words & music by Thom Parrott

She was sweet and she was tender, she was young and lovely and fine.
If it had been February 14th, she'd have been my Valentine.
He was big and ugly, he was nasty and smelly and mean,
And I didn't even want him on the same street as that woman of my dreams.

But he stepped out of the darkness and he grabbed her from behind.
I didn't have to see the look on his face to know exactly what was on his mind.
I knew I had to help her, I was just across the street,
But you won't believe what happened next as I was getting to my feet.

She smashed his instep with her heel, you could hear him yell for miles.
She broke his jaw with her elbow, I slowed to a walk and smiled.
Then she got a good hold on his hand, twisted and broke his wrist.
And the Marquis of Queensbury would never approve of where she hit him with her fist.

He crumpled to the sidewalk. She straightened out her dress.
I could tell by the way he whimpered he was feeling a bit distressed.
I said "Lady, could you use any help? I'd be glad to lend a hand.
If you ever need anyone to hold your coat, then, baby, I'm your man.
