This rule addon allows ghostbusters (or other critters and ghosts) to have an Achilles Heel (take flaws) in exchange for extra points to add to their traits. These flaws should add plot complications and humor to the ghostbuster's adventures. Normal Achilles Heels grant 2D to the trait of the players choice. Some really bad flaws (called Fatal Flaws) will cause the character's demise when activated and are only suitable for ghosts or bad critters. Fatal Flaws grant 4D to the character's traits.

Using Achilles Heels
Whenever the plot allows (or at least once per adventure), the character with an Achilles Heel will be presented with an opportunity to "get himself in trouble." He must beat a Normal difficulty to avoid his Achilles Heel.

For example, Venkman has an Achilles Heel: Weakness for Women. He is supposed to be studying up on food preparation rituals of ancient Aztecs when a young coed asks him for the time. Unless he resists with a Normal Willpower (Brains) roll, he neglects his study in trying to impress the coed with his ability to stick spoons on his forehead. The next day he is unable to prevent the ghost of an Aztec chef from spreading "Monteczuma's Revenge" at the Annual Chili Cookoff.

Fatal Flaws
Fatal Flaws are particularly appropriate for ghosts and monsters. For example, Dracula has a Fatal Flaw: Allergic to Sunlight. Fatal Flaws are Hard to beat. When he is exposed to sunlight, he must roll a Hard Moves (Avoid Sunlight) attempt or he will get a very bad sunburn.
