Type Description
Capnut (acorn) Tree Oak
Evergreen Name for pine and fir trees. Named for their needles that remain green all the time even threw white-cold. Pine needles are safe to eat but not very tasty.
Heart-Leaf Lime Tree
Rough-Bark Alder, Stout, dark and Rough trunk
Sky Tree Extremely high, and often relativily thin, tree. Would take three of these trees to make one den.
Spikenut Tree Refers to both beech and chestnut
Starleaf Maple Tree
White Bark Birch. Leaves are edible and taste rather good in early spring.
Willow Birch. Great material used mostly for weaving baskets.

Capsicum or Cayenne Healing, Cooking Fruit Medium, Edible Treat throat conditions, anti-inflammatory and to relieve sore muscles. Is highly nutritious, containing Vitamin C and B-complex vitamins as well as iron, calcium, and phosphorous. Is simular to a red pepper. Found on vines growing on the rock faces.

Comfrey Healing Mushroom Strong Aids in healing respiratory ailments, anemia, arthritis, fractures, mucous membranes, lungs & wounds; it is soothing to the gastrointestinal tract; aids in cell proliferation; helps the pancreas in regulating blood sugar level; helps promote the secretion of pepsin & is a general aid to digestion. Found mostly on Echinacea plants along the forests edge

Ginger Healing, Tea, Cooking Root Medium Remedy for asthma and coughs related to inflammation or allergies. Also used to treat nausea, indigestion, cramps, migraine headaches and to lower blood cholesterol and as a cleanser. Throughout the forest
Ginseng Healing, Tea Root Strong A stimulant and immunity booster. Also used to enhance physical and mental endurance, increase energy, reduce cholesterol, to support adrenal function, to reduce stress and regulate blood sugar. Throughout the forest
Gotu Kola Healing Whole plant Strong Used to treat skin inflammations, to improve blood circulation, to aid in the treatment of bloating, congestion and depression. Found around rock faces mostly.
Hawthorne Berries Healing, Tea Flowers, leaves, and berries Strong Used to treat indigestion, diuretic, various heart conditions and to lower blood pressure. Found on Hawthorne Trees throughout the forest.
Fo-Ti Healing, Tea Root Low Used to tread colic, enteritis or the inflammation of the intestines, gout and hemorrhoids. Found mostly in dark damp areas.
Hyssop Healing Flower Strong Regulates blood pressure, purifies the blood & promotes circulation, excellent aid for the eyes, hoarseness, lungs, mucous buildup, nervous disorders and skin problems. Blooms throughout the forest though is rare
Licorice Healing Seeds Strong Expels mucous from the respiratory tract aids in healing hoarseness, hypoglycemia, coughs & constipation; promotes healthy adrenal glands; acts as a sexual stimulant; helps increase endurance & vitality; helps in reducing skin blemishes. Small plant found mostly in the Plains
Ma Haung Healing, Tea Root Strong A stimulant of the adrenal glands; helps increase energy level; aids in healing asthma, bronchitis, lung, coughs & congestive disorders. Found mostly in the Moutain area very rare.
Mullein Healing Moss Strong A bone, flesh and cartilage builder; aids in healing respiratory ailments, asthma, bronchitis, diarrhea, sinus congestion; soothing to any inflammation and relieves pain; acts to relieve spasms & clears the lungs. Mostly found in Troll caves.
Rose Hips Healing Fruit Medium Used to fight infection & curb stress. It is the highest herb in Vitamin C content and contains the entire C-Complex. Develops after the peddles have fallen on a rose.
Sarsaparilla Healing, Tea Root Low Used to treat a variety of urinary tract disorders, as a diuretic and has been used to treat coughs, arthritis and as an anti-inflammatory for rheumatism. Found mostly in dame areas
Spirulina Healing, Tea, Cooking Milk Strong Is an algae containing 65 - 70% protein; it contains 26 times the Calcium of milk; also contains phosphorous & niacin and is far more nutritious than any known food; used for rejuvenation & weight reduction; an excellent blood and colon cleanser; very high in Vitamin B12 content. Plant that is found high in the tree tops and hard to get to.

Plains Lots of different flowers, grasses and grains.
Mountains Wildflowers and small trees and shrubs that can survive the white cold.
Desert Very few cacti and sometimes tumbleweeds.
Other There are also some more trees, berries, lots of different bushes, mosses, flowers and other small plants in the forest, but no one's named them all yet. In some forest clearings there grow plants that can be used to weave cloth similar to linen. There are also some patches of strangleweed. .
