My Dad and I visited New York City and we got to go to the Museum of Natural History. I saw a lot of exhibits about the Earth, the planets, and space. I watched a movie about black holes and learned about the Big Bang. One bone in the neck of an Allosaurus dinosaur can weigh as much as 200 pounds.

Hi, I'm back from the other side of the world. Mommy and I went to Thailand, where we visited last year. We had a really good time. We went to the beaches, went to the snowy mountains, and lots of cities in India. I saw millions of monkeys, some elephants, and lots of flies. We went to the zoo and saw tigers, lions, bears (oh my!), flamingos, pelicans, and hyenas (haha). We saw lots of temples and hiked in the Himilayas. The best apple juice I ever had was in Kalpa. In Thailand we stayed in the Lahu village near Changmai, in the northern part of the country. In a town called Pai we had the best banana fritters. I want to go back again sometime.

I'm 10 years old. My birthday is on November 30th. I like playing games like Star Wars Monopoly, Chess, and Uno. Battleship and Parcheesi are lots of fun too. In the summertime I swim in our pond. I like the wintertime a lot because then we can have snowball fights. I used to go on field trips with my class. Not long ago we got to go to the science museum in Roanoke. There we saw a planetarium show and a lot of different kinds of snakes.

I went to Puerto Rico to visit my cousins. They live in Rincon, on the west coast. My favorite thing was getting ice cream at the beach from the ice cream truck. I also got to fly my kite at the beach. My least favorite thing was taking a hike through the rainforest because it was so muddy.

My dad showed me how to make animated gifs with a software program. The one at the top of my page on the right hand side is one that I did. I call it "Boat Wipeout". I drew the pictures in a graphics program and then animated them.

I like to read the books I have on "Calvin and Hobbes and Garfield". These are my favorite cartoons. If you click on Calvin making those funny faces you'll see a picture of me and one of my Lego creations.
