N64 Cheats Gameboy Cheats

Pokémon Stadium Cheats

*Battle Mewtwo*: To unlock a hidden 6-on-1 battle with Mewtwo, beat the Gym Leader Castle and get trophies in all 10 tournaments in the Stadium Mode. The map screen will now turn to a night scene and a bonus tournament will open up in which you battle against the psychic super-Pokémon, Mewtwo (#150). Once you beat Mewtwo, you unlock a new game mode.

*Bonus Stickers*: Once you have beaten both the R-1 mode (including Mewtwo) and the R-2 Mode (including Mewtwo), you are given a set of bonus stickers that you can access in the Gallery Mode. When you're on the Gallery main screen, press and hold L and R and move the Cursor to Print. If you keep the buttons pressed, the Print option will now change to Bonus. You will now have access to a set of 16 bonus "wallpaper" stickers from all the different modes that you can print out at "Snap" Stations.

Doduo Mode: Beat the Poké Cup. Once you have won all the Poké Cup tournaments, the GB Tower changes into Doduo GB Tower and a Doduo sticker appears on the Game Boy. The Doduo upgrade doubles the speed of the game play when playing the Game Boy game on your N64.

Dodrio Mode: Play the Game Boy games at hyper speed with this alternate speed setting. To get it, you need to beat the Prime Cup (after the Poke Cup). You can switch between the different GB Tower speed settings during gameplay by pressing C Right.

*Get Amnesia Psyduck*: You have to register all 151 Pokémon in the Hall of Fame. Whenever you beat a tournament (or Gym Leader Castle), your six Pokémon are entered into the Hall of Fame. It doesn't matter whether you use rental Pokémon or your own, but you can't have any gaps. Once you've filled it all up, you are awarded a free Psyduck bonus Pokémon that knows the Amnesia technique. Pikachu's Beach at the Surfing Dude's House.

*Get Surfing Pikachu*: Yes, it's true: Surfing Pikachu is hidden in Pokémon Stadium. To teach your Pikachu Surf, you first need to unlock the R-2 (Round 2) mode. Then do the following: Enter the R-2 Prime Cup's Master Ball division (you have to beat the first three divisions first). Assemble a team that contains a Pikachu that doesn't know Surf yet. You HAVE to use a Pikachu from your Game Boy game. You can't unlock Surfing Pikachu using a Rental Pokémon. Do not register your team! Pick it directly from your Game Boy cartridge. Beat the Prime Cup's Master Ball division using a three-Pokémon team that always contains Pikachu. Pikachu has to be in every one of the eight battles. You are not allowed to use any continues. If you do, you won't get Surfing Pikachu. Once you have done all this and beaten the cup, you are shown an award screen with Pikachu standing on a surfboard. Now Pikachu can use the Surf technique both in battle and during gameplay (Game Boy versions only). If you've got Pokémon Yellow, you can now also access the hidden Surfing Pikachu mini-game in the Surfing Dude's House (pictured above).

New Title Screen: Beat both the Gym Leader Castle and Stadium modes to change the title screen. The new title shows Pikachu, Blastoise, Charizard, Venusaur and Mewtwo.

*Open Up R-2 Mode*: To get the secret R-2 Mode, defeat Mewtwo after you have beaten the Stadium Mode and Gym Leader Castle Mode. You will now see the final credits sequence, which will unlock the harder R-2 Mode and all new battles. You can toggle between R-2 and Regular Mode at the start-up screen by pressing C-Right.

*Win Bonus Pokémon*: Each time you beat the Gym Leader Castle, you will receive one of eight semi-rare to rare Pokémon. These Pokémon are awarded at random, so you might need to beat the Gym Leader Castle a few times to get the ones you want. Once you have beaten the Castle, you only need to defeat the Final Four and your Rival again if you want to win more Pokémon.

Gameboy CheatsMew caught using Gameshark

*Mew(using GameShark)*: Enter the code 0115D8CF. Now go to any grassy area with Pokémon in it and have a wild one fight you. When the Pokemon appears, listen for its cry. It won't be the cry of the Pokemon you see, instead, it will be the cry of Mew. Capture the Pokémon and it will say "All right! MEW was caught! New Pokédex data will be added for MEW!" If you play without a Game Shark, the game will go back to normal.

Mew(without GameShark): Wait 100 hours after the S.S. Anne leaves, and it should come back. Get on board and talk to the passengers, one of them should ask you if you want a Mew. (Note: the other S.S. Anne myth is that if you get the S.S. Anne to stay, you will find Mew behind a truck, but this cheat does not work in the English versions.)

*Pokéball to Master Ball*: To make a regular Pokéball function as a Master Ball, press and hold "B" and up on the control pad right when you are throwing it. Just as the Pokéball hits, release the buttons. If your timing is right, the Pokémon will be caught, at any level.

*Free Coins*: Walk around the Game Corner, pressing the A button and you will find coins scattered all over.

*Extra Damage*: Press the A button while attacking.

*Safari Zone Pokémon out of Safari Zone*: Go to the Safari Zone and walk around in a patch of grass where the Pokemon you want is. Then surf half on land, half on water at Cinnabar Island and the Pokémon you want will show up eventually.

Yoshi-Mon: Using a Red and Blue version, when both players have 150 Pokémon. Trade a Dratini from the Red version to the Blue version. Evolve it in the Blue version, then trade it back to the Red version. Next, go to the dungeon where Mewtwo was and Surf as near as you can to where you found him. Use a Fire Stone on the evolved Dratini (should be a Dragonair now) and it will start to evolve into Yoshi. Its number will be 999, but its attacks will be the same.

*Missingno*: Talk to the man in Viridian City and tell him you're not in a hurry and watch him catch the Weedle. Fly to Cinnabar Island and surf up and down on the right side where it looks like you are half on land and half on water. You will eventually encounter a messed up Pokémon called "Missingno". (WARNING: You can risk catching Missingno if you want, but it is a virus and it might mess up your Hall of Fame if you keep it.)

Over 100 items: After you do the Missingno cheat, defeat one or run away from it and you will have over 100 of the item that is in the 6th slot of your items list.

*Phantom PC*: Go into the Pokémon Hotel in Celadon City. You will see that it looks mysteriously like a Pokémon Center inside. Go to where the PC would be in the Pokémon Center, and press A to activate the Phantom PC.

Togepi: Use the item finder in Mt. Moon 100 times (in different places) and on the 101 time it will respond. When you find the item it will be an egg. After you play long enough the egg will hatch and you will have a Togepi.

Togepi: Beat the Elite Four using only a Chansey, and the egg in Chansey's pouch will hatch as a Togepi!

Pikablu: Go to Rocket Game Corner, where Giovanni was. Talk to both guards, leave, and beat the Elite Four. After you beat them, go talk to the guards again, then go talk to Professor Oak. He will say "Giovanni was looking for you" Go outside and up to your room, if Giovanni isn't there yet, go catch some more Pokémon, then come back. When he is there, he will give you HM06. Next, go behind the Secret House in the Safari Zone and use the Item Finder. It should beep. Use your Pokéflute and Pikablu will appear. Talk to him, and you will get into a battle. You might want to save your Master Ball for him, or you will have to freeze, paralyze, and put him to sleep.

*Pikablu*: First you must catch all 150 Pokémon NOT using GameShark. Then you also must have 17 of your Pokémon over LV70. When all of these tasks are complete, go to the guy in Pewter City who asks you if you have been to the Museum yet. Say "No" so he takes you to the door. Go into the Museum and upstairs to the Lady who says "I want my boyfriend to catch me a Pikachu!" After you talk to her, immediately come out of the door and do not take any steps forward, left, or right. Immediatly use Fly and go to Celadon City. Go into the Game Corner and talk to the lady that says "Go next door to the Coin Exchange Corner to use your coins to get great Prizes!" But this time she will say, "Hey? You have all the badges? WOW! Well then since you were nice enough to talk to me, I will give you this Pokémon I found stranded behind the Pokémon Museum, he is so strong I can not control him. But since you have all the badges, YOU TAKE HIM!" It will say, "You got ???????" You can't use it yet, so go to Professor Oak and he will say the same thing he says when you give him Oaks Parcel, it will still say "You delivered Oak's Parcel!" Pikablu will replace the Pokémon in your first slot, so put a common Pokémon there. It will still be called ????? so go to the Nickname guy and change it to Pikablu. It's a Level 999 and Pikablu will appear in your Pokédex. At 154 it will say:
Name: Pikablu Type: ??????? Height: 2' 3" Length: 3' 4" Stats: Attack-999 Defense-999 Speed-999 Special-999 Attacks: ElectricWave, Psyshock, Electrode,SonicBoom. At 60,000 experience points, it will learn SonicBoom, a one hit K-O attack that never misses.

Pokémon Factory: To get to the factory, beat the Elite Four 30 times without talking to anyone in between except Nurse Joy at Indigo Plateau to heal your Pokémon. On the 30th time, Proffesor Oak will say "I'm getting tired of this. Just explore a little." He will let you walk around the Hall of Fame. There are pictures on the walls and a door on the far side. Go in the door and it will take you to a new city. In the city, is the Pokémon Factory with people that will trade their Pokégods for other Pokémon!

Catch a Trainer: To catch trainers, go talk to a trainer, beat the trainer then surf along the right coast of Cinnabar Island. Within 10 minutes, you should see a Missingno at level zero. Catch him and beat the Elite Four 6 times. Go back to Cinnabar Island and the trainer you first talked to should be there. Get him/her down to little life then attempt to catch it.

Pikablu & Topegi in the Safari Zone: (This code will work, but these may not be the right steps for it to work. Try changing the steps around if it doesn't.) First, teach Surf to Snorlax. Surf 20 times up and down where you are half on land, half on water. Go to the Safari Zone and there should be a Pikablu and a Togepi. (Note: Never throw a rock at Togepi and never throw a Pokéball at Pikablu without throwing bait 3 times.)

*Pokémon over LV100*: First, talk to the man in Viridian City and tell him you're not in a hurry so he can show you how to catch a Weedle. Then, Fly to Cinnabar Island and Surf up and down on the right side where it looks like you are half on land and half on water. There you will find a bunch of Missingno's and Pokémon over LV100.
