BIO
"NAPALMARREA was formed in the Spring of 2000 by three former members of K@TO. We couldn’t seem to let go of what we had in spite of the distance imposed by our separate paths.
The name was the result of a discussion between Garrett and I in a coffee shop in Sarnia and a logo was immediately drawn, before the band was even formed.
We played five shows in total, one of which was in London, ON, released a demo, and fell apart. All our shows except one were benefits for various causes: Sarnia Animal Rights Association, anti-globalization protests, a youth shelter, and a dog that required an operation.
The distance and lack of practice had taken its toll and culminated in a disappointing performance in December 2000. We decided it would be best to end the band."
