This song is about drawing pokemon. The words in double parentheses are the pokemon being described in the lyrics below. It's a happy song, but not something you'll be singing a lot.
HO! Pokemon Kakeru ka na~? ((Pikachu)) Sandangasane no kagami mochi (sandangasane no kagami mochi)
((Myuu)) HO! Usagi gaibbiki orimashita (Usagi gaibbiki orimashita)
Ongakuu~!!! ((Dugtrio)) Oyama ga mit'tsu (oyama ga mit'tsu)
((Monjara)) Omanjuu hitotsu (omanjuu hitotsu)
Koishi ni nosete ranranranranran!
((Lucky)) Tamago ga futatsu arimashita
((Nyoromo)) Happa gaichimai attatosa
((Pikachu (ANKOORU)) Togetoge oyama o toorimeke (Togetoge oyama o toorimeke)
HO! Pokemon ippai dekiagari tekiagari tekiagari tekiagari-!!
POKETTO=Pocket DORAIBU=Drive? KARASU=Crash? Notice the word "WHICKY!" in the song? It's written in romanji
in the CD book and is meant as is. What does this mean? I think
it's a word the writers of this song think is an American slang term.
Can you imagine a Japanese person coming to America and saying something
like "Pocket Monsters is popular in America! Whicky!" ^^;;

Pocket Monsters was not created by me. It was created by Satoshi Tajiri and the crew at TV-Tokyo. Pokemon is (c) Game Freak, Nintendo, 4Kids Productions, Hasbro, Bandai, and a ton of other companies. When you have a popular anime like Pokemon, lots of people own it so it's impossible to list every company who owns a piece of Pokemon. No infringement of copyrights is meant by the creation of the web site. All images were gotten from official websites (Nintendo, TV-Tokyo, etc.) unless otherwise noted (I don't steal images from other sites!). |
