Hi Everyone,
Well Halloween is over! Hope everyone had a good one! Ours was pretty nice. We had fewer kids come through this year but that seems to have been true for everyone around here. The costumes were better though, some were just incredible. A lot of future makeup artists around here! Sunday we spent driving to all the half off sales. Don't you just love those? We got tons of great stuff for next year. We even found some new Christmas items from Matrix. No luck finding the Mr. Christmas stuff yet though. Hopefully they will have it out before Thanksgiving.

The Looney Tunes Collector

-Walmarts has 3 new Christmas wrapping papers in and lots of new cards. We didn't pick them up this time but we will have descriptions in the next newsletter.

-Hallmarks has the new calendar in some stores. It is called Masterpieces of the Looney Tunes Museum and is $12.95. The art work features different famous painting styles.

-There are 2 new kids puzzles(one features Gossamer) and 4 1997 Christmas coloring books in stores now. We found these in Pic 'n Save/MacFrugals. The Puzzles were $.99 each and the coloring books were $1.29.

-2 of the new Matrix Christmas Animated figures are out. Both are battery operated and 15" tall. The first one is Bugs dressed for a marching band and playing a bass drum and the second is Daffy dressed for carolling and carrying a lantern. We found them at Savon's Drugs for $24.99 each. Hopefully they will be in the department stores soon.

-Most of the Christmas items are stocked at the Studio Stores now. We found a few that weren't listed in the last 2 newsletters.

A Christmas glass and goblet. Both plastic. $2 and $4.

-You can find some Looney Tunes Fabric at the Fabric Club- http://www.fabricclub.com/KidsPrint.html . Make your own crafts and stuff!
-Talaria Enterprises offers some very unique bronze sculptures, including a Lola/Bugs wedding one. http://www.talariaenterprises.com/product_lists/lt_pg2.html

-Our Hallween car was a great success. We had over 30,000 visitors and sent over 5000 webcards. Thanks to everyone who helped spread the word on it!
-Several new themes added and 10 new wallpapers.
-We added a Tweety Hug that you can send from the Mailcar. This is a quick way to send something to others. All you have to do is enter their email address on the page. If this one becomes popular we will add more "instant" hugs and things.
-We are redoing the entire webcard section again :) There are now permanent sections of 18 cards for Christmas and Halloween. We will also be adding an 18 card section for Valentine's when we start work on that part of the site. This will give us room in the current 3 sections to make 2 of them for more general cards, like friendship, baby and others.
-All the games in the Christmas car work now. Still a ways to go till it's finished though.
-The Site of the Month for september is Marvin's Webula. We've watched this site grow for a while now and it has become a great place to find info on that little green guy. Check them out at http://www.oocities.org/Hollywood/Theater/8990/ .
