Unique volunteer for membership opportunity exclusivly for Coast Guard Spouses!
Volunteer in the Supervised Play Care Room ONE 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hour shift per week four times a month (8 hours) and receive a free monthly gym membership! *Looking for volunteers for Monday 8:30 - 11 am position, Wednesday 5 - 7 pm position, and Friday 8:30 - 11 am position. Other positions may be available. Plus bring your children with you while you work and work-out!
Sunset Family Fitness also offers free entry to CGSAA members on the first Friday of each month. During “Work It Out Fridays” members are welcome to join an aerobics class or use the gym facility to do their own routine FREE of charge.
