Apathy Sucks

The November 5th election is coming up, but hey
who cares? Yawn.
Not only do we not know who's running for office or what propositions
are on the ballot, we aren't even interested in finding out. "E"?
That's a drug, right? More...
Recount!
Schools exist to prepare students for the "real world." We
come to this institution of learning on a daily basis so that, at the
end of a 4-year term, we can go out there and function as productive citizens.
We'll be expected to hold jobs, show awareness of our community, and
participate in our government by voting. Why, then, doesn't Terra
Nova, which should be teaching us all about how to function in
a democracy, have Student Body or Class Officer Elections? More...
Editors' Notes
- We're still looking for your stories involving the Pacifica Police.
We are working on a piece, but can't do it alone
- We're sure we misspelled someone's name last week, but we don't
know whose. Sorry!
- There was no "Letters to the Editors" section in this issue,
as we were hard-pressed for space. Issue 5 will include your feedback,
so please keep sending it
- Did you see our write-up in the Tribune? Nothing against The Roar,
but it is a little more flattering to be written up in a real paper.
:)
- Again, we are taking a two-week hiatus from production. We will be
back

Loser of the Week
-This week's douche-bag, Dan Armstrong, ran into a garage
door and fell on his ass after toilet-papering a house. Not to be an ass,
but that sounds like justice to me.
Kudos of the Week
-Honored this week is
Pons Timothy Lee Materum III (right) for being the
funniest, smartest, Hardest-working, sweetest, most lovable man on the
entire Terra Nova campus. If you see this guy, give him a hug. Forsooth!
-Runner Up: Your mom, for giving me a great time last night (insert porn-music-sound
here).
Disclaimer
Nobody wrote this paper. Nobody sponsored by Terra Nova, JUHSD, or the
State of California. Nobody. It's all a figment of your imagination. Now
go back to sleep, little one. Back to sleep...
